Manufacturing Capabilities

Our Design Department employs highly skilled Engineers capable of using the most advanced modelling software. Our NX- CAD/CAM (formely Unigraphics) software enables us to machine the details of the tool directly from the design data. This not only reduces the lead time of mould parts manufacturing but the potential for human error is also greatly reduced.

Our team is well versed in development & maintenance of tools with multiple cavities, hot runner systems & multiple cores and slider mechanisms. We employ hot runner systems, resulting in huge savings for our customers.
We take the ownership of tool maintenance over the program life for customer provided tools.
Controlling the molding process is the most critical factor in the overall scope of providing close tolerance plastic components. This is accomplished at JTI by utilizing the microprocessor controlled closed loop injection moulding machines. With machine tonnages ranging from 180 to 250 tons of clamp force and shot sizes from as low as 2g to 860g, we provide a very wide range of options to our customers. We are now expanding machine capacity up to 350T with a shot capacity upto 1 kg and injection moulding machines to accommodate complete range of precision plastic segment.

We can inspect all kind of components with the instruments which are capable to measure up to 1 micron. Our quality facility equipped with Video measuring machine, Universal measuring machine from Micro-Vu, CMM Global automatic measuring machine, Excel 512 Build & Price - Micro-Vu Precision Measurement Micro-Vu, Height gauge master high performance 2D measurement system from Mitutoyo, Mitutoyo Tool Maker's microscopes etc.
Also we have High & Low temperature Humidity Chamber, Roughness testers; Push pull testers, Torque tester and leak testing facilities for various customer specific requirements.
